The login username is your trainer id, which shows after you set up the password (but it also can be viewed on your profile). Each time i come back to this game it just sucks to recover my pw and/or login. I have the same problem.

I can't seem to play cs:go online because i got the perfect world version and i can't create an account. My pw is 10 characters edit: I changed the password, and now i can't login using the desktop app. On the other device, access data link again.
I can login via my phone or using the browser, but not using the desktop app. Then you're typing something in wrong. I started playing this with my girlfriend watching and she fell asleep then. So i played via steam install a long time ago, now i come back and it won't even let me enter my password.
